Photon is a web-based Solana trading terminal. It charges a **flat 1% on every buy and every sell**, runs Memescope over new Pump.fun and Moonshot launches, and hands you the private key to your own wallet at signup. ## What Is Photon?

Photon is a Solana trading terminal that runs in the browser at [photon-sol.tinyastro.io](https://photon-sol.tinyastro.io/@Concept211), operated by Tiny Astro. It is not a chain, not a DEX and not a token: it is an interface layered over Solana DEX liquidity, built for people trading new launches faster than a standard swap UI allows. Sign-up creates a Solana wallet on the spot and shows you the private key once. There is no KYC and no email. Tiny Astro publishes no corporate registration, names no founders, and has disclosed no funding round, which is normal for this category and worth knowing before you fund an account.

The economics are simple and unusually blunt. Photon takes **1% of every buy and 1% of every sell**, collected in SOL, stated verbatim in [Photon's own fee documentation](https://pies-organization.gitbook.io/photon-trading/photon-on-sol/photon-fees-sol). No volume tiers. No published referral discount. Mobile access is through the Phantom wallet's in-app browser rather than a native app.

This is an independent reference, not the official app, and it does not pretend Photon is winning. DefiLlama records **$440.8M in lifetime fees** since the January 2024 launch, a peak of $84.6M in January 2025, and $507,610 across the trailing 30 days as of 6 August 2026. That is 7th place in its cohort on a 1.26% share while Axiom holds 55.3%.
