What I Can Help With

  • Corrections – found an error or a figure that has drifted? Send the URL and your source and it gets fixed
  • Guide requests – want a walkthrough of a specific Photon feature or a fix for a specific error?
  • Feedback – suggestions for improving existing guides or the site itself
  • Partnerships – interested in collaborating or being covered in the ecosystem section?

What I cannot help with: anything involving your Photon account, wallet or funds. PhotonGuides is an independent site with no affiliation to Tiny Astro, no access to your account, and no ability to recover a lost private key. Nobody here will ever ask for your key or seed phrase, and anyone who does is stealing from you. Photon's own channels are the only route for platform support, and the official X account is @tradewithPhoton. See the security page for how to tell a real Photon domain from a clone.
