It is not affiliated with, produced by, reviewed by, endorsed by, or connected to Photon or Tiny Astro Inc., the company named as "the Company" in Photon's own Terms of Use. "Photon" and any related marks belong to their owner and are used here only to identify the product this site writes about. Our only commercial relationship with that product is a publicly available referral link, which gives the reader no discount and costs them nothing.

Photon's own Terms of Use, last revised December 8, 2024, name Tiny Astro Inc. as “the Company”. Those terms are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada, and give a notice address at Intershore Chambers, P.O. Box 4342, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands. Photon's documentation names no separate foundation, labs entity or DAO. We have no corporate, employment or contractual relationship with that company.

We are not able to help with anything that requires access to your account or your funds. We cannot recover a lost private key, reverse a transaction, unlock a wallet, or look anything up on your behalf, because we have no access to any of it and no relationship with anyone who does. Anyone who contacts you claiming to be PhotonGuides support and offering to do any of those things is attempting to steal from you. Our only contact routes are info@photonguides.com and @Concept211 on X and Telegram, and we will never message you first.

“Photon”, “Tiny Astro”, and any associated logos, names and marks are the property of their respective owners. They appear on this site only to identify the product being written about, which is ordinary descriptive use. No claim of ownership is made and no endorsement is implied.

This site's own logo is original and is not Photon's. Where Photon's icon appears in an article, it is at the same small size and in the same role as the icon of every other platform covered here, to label a reference to that platform.

Nothing on this site is financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell any token. Trading Solana tokens, particularly newly launched ones, carries a substantial risk of total loss. Where this site describes what a document says or what a product does, that is an observation and not a conclusion about your obligations. Consult a qualified professional in your own jurisdiction before acting.

This site does not assess whether any activity described here is legal where you live, whether any token is or is not a security, whether any platform is subject to or exempt from identity-verification obligations, or how any transaction should be reported for tax. Those questions have different answers in different jurisdictions and none of them are ones a website can answer for you.

Where this site describes what a product does, that is an observation of the product as we found it on a stated date. Where it quotes a fee or a figure, the source is named. Where a claim could not be verified, the page says so rather than filling the gap.

We do not have visibility into why any private team made any decision, and we try not to write as though we do. Statements about a company's intent, strategy, staffing, funding or internal reasoning are not things this site can establish, and where you see an inference it should be labelled as one.

The same applies to which entity does what. Photon's documents name one company. We do not assert who controls what beyond what those documents state, and we do not characterise commercial arrangements between third parties that neither party has published.

Photon is an interface over Solana liquidity. The tokens reachable through it are deployed by independent third parties on a permissionless chain. Photon does not issue, list, vet or endorse them, and neither do we. A token appearing in a screener, a chart or a market page on this site is not a recommendation and is not a statement that anyone has checked it.

Responsibility for any token sits with whoever deployed it. Anyone can mint a token with any name or ticker, including names that impersonate well-known projects.

This site contains referral links. When you sign up to Photon through our link, we earn a share of referral rewards at no extra cost to you. Photon does not publish a public commission schedule. We only recommend products we personally use. This is not financial advice.

Photon publishes no benefit for a user who signs up through a referral link. Its documentation describes the referral mechanic only as a way for the referrer to earn Photon Points, and the words “discount”, “rebate” and “commission” do not appear anywhere in it. The fee you pay is the same whether or not you use our link. We say so rather than inventing a perk, and if that ever changes the change will be sourced.
